These elite feel highly concerned and imagined a slap on their personalities and integrity. To subdue this problem that seems unsolvable even by the federal levels, JOE-AKINS took their time and wealth to exploit the cheapest and affordable solution for the developing
companies to the outage and acceptability of Information Technology and implement it in Nigeria that is all what gave birth to JOE-AKINS.
